Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd. (HSBC) has appointed
deputy general director Pham Hong Hai as its new general director
beginning December 1, the bank told bizhub on December 5.
The Ministry of Finance has asked dairy producers and traders in Viet
Nam to reduce production and trading costs to lower the retail price of
milk products.
